One of my most engaging projects over the last 12 months has been showcasing the kit employees use in the field of action. This news has been a weekly social media and blog update. 
Posts are written up by myself whilst also managing other staff to capture the photos. Combined with my graphic skills, social media story posts, swipe up links and other graphics are created to direct readers to the official blog post. The blogs show every bit of kit, weapons and upgrades to both the insides and externals.
Some members of staff run more than one Airsoft gun at a time, different levels of gear and play more often than others. This resulted in a very wide range of blog posts.
Once blogged, the posts were also shared out on Instagram and Facebook. Instagram stories were used mostly with swipe up links to the original blog.
Several Instagram stories would also have sliders for customers to rate a persons load-out. Other story posts also had a "ask us a question" to further engage with customers and form a community.
These blogs are titled as "Feature Friday - Staff Member". With all the willing staff members blogged, we are planning to progress into customer feature Fridays.

Tools used for editing and scheduling include Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Buffer and Facebook's own scheduling tools.
